The project involved the complete renovation of a residential unit located in a prestigious building in one of Milan's most iconic neighborhoods, featuring architectural elements characteristic of the city's historic residential buildings from the early decades of the 20th century.
The renovation included a comprehensive reconfiguration of the interior spaces, designed to meet the requirements of an international client and tailored to their personal taste and living needs.
Particular attention was paid to creating a harmonious dialogue between the new design and the building's original architectural features, with the aim of preserving its identity and distinctive character while accommodating the client's preferences and requirements.
The architectural firm oversaw the entire design and construction process, from the development of the new spatial layout to the selection of materials and finishes, as well as construction supervision, health and safety coordination, and obtaining all necessary building permits and approvals.
