Competition for the regeneration of Scogli Rossi square in Arbatax. The proposal refers to the natural environment and its variety in the territory to enhance and implement them through the design of a multi-scale sprawl system having its origin in Scogli Rossi square in order to emphasize its central role. The project offers several and etherogeneous possibilities for both tourists, in summer, and locals during the year, thus it can offer many opportunities to the users along a continuous range of time, providing a flexible configuration of functions to support the whole system. Moreover, the spatial configuration of the elements focuses on the landscaping and panoramic existing aspects, becoming the central theme to the project in any possible declension and including all the potentials and resources from the urban to the territorial scale.
