The transformation of the building, built in the 70s by a company in the tertiary sector, into an Extended Care Unit, involves the complete emptying of the building only maintaining the structural elements. After consolidation and adaptation to the renewed needs, we proceeded with the inclusion of all the elements that lead it to become a modern and efficient Extended Care Unit. Our studio oversaw the management and control, on the site, of all matters relating to safety and the environment. The activity was carried out daily by our permanent staff at the site. At the end of this phase, our studio was involved, with the responsibility of CSP and CSE, in the arrangement of the basement floors, which included a large conference / cinema room and a sports center with gyms and indoor swimming pool.
