The intervention involved the complete modification of an apartment due to the changing needs of the property. The project had to take into great consideration the characteristics of the building within the apartment’s location and combine the style of an elegant early 1900s residence with the changed aesthetic taste of our times. A balance was sought that would relate and enhance the combination of the two styles in order to meet the needs of the new young and dynamic owner family. The assignment consisted of the design, construction supervision, Safety Coordination and obtaining the building permit.
